EAT RIGHT:
Every body knows our body require energy to form new tissue of the muscles. If you are a skinny guy and you are complaining that i workhard in the gym but i am not gaining muscle. Its simply means that you are not taken the right food if you want big then eat big. It does not mean that you eat fast foods. You need to getting the quality food and take proteins on daily basics.



Escaping From Legs Workout:
Many body builder avoid the legs workout. This is a big mistake by bodyduilders legs are base of our body if the legs are strong then we get more energy to lift the weights easily. Never skip your legs workout.



Enough Sleeping:
For recovery of the muscle sleeping is very very important for your body. Good sleeping gets you more energy for the next day workout.

Workout Timetable:
Make a proper schedule for workout. Commonly seen that if someone do chest workout then the next day he do same routine. Every muscle need atleast 48 hours to recover if workout at the muscle the muscle growth is stopped. So make a proper time table of workout.
Not Lift Hard:
It is a common issue that teen are stuck at one point and lift that weight which they lift easily. For growth of the muscle you need to lift hard and harder for growing of the muscle.



Sleep is one of the most critical forms of recovery that the body will need. When you sleep your body releases most of its growth hormone, IGF-1, and Testosterone. All of these hormones aid in the recovery and the muscle building process. Also getting a good nights sleep helps aid in the energy you will need for the next days workout.

If we are thinking about emotions in our mind. Brain have two parts and both of them works differently to control and balance our emotions. Simple is that right side is identify the things and left side is interprets. The right side of brain is dealing with the our negative emotion like anger and fear then right side of brain alert left side what to do next then left of the brain interprets and make a decision and act.


This means that how we can process the feelings and actions and respond the things. If you are going to see in deeply the purpose of emotions. In 1872 a writter whos name is Charles Darwin write a book The Expression of the Emotions in Man and Animal. In this book writer say emotion is like a fear which protect us from danger and emotions which belong to love gives us the desire. As we know that brain is a very comples network which process the big things in a second. This complex network belongs to cells and neurons and these cells are usally transmit or send signal or data to the brain. Different parts of the brain have different function and control the emotions.

Roll the paper in a cone shape. With the help of tape rap the fold paper. Took the bottle if you want to pant it then do because its the body of your rocket.Attach that paper cone on the bottle.
