If you are lanky and thin. Every calories you take torched by your metabolism and so you burn your calories fast. For Skinny Guy to be big is might be difficult but possible. You need to put each and every energy into your muscle. Your main target to more and more mass.
TAKE RIGHT NUTRITION:
You don't need to take high volume food which is less in calories. This type of food don't take you to reach your aim. Almost every hard gainer need 20 calories per pound of their body weight. Add fruits, white eggs, oatmeal in your diet. Need your stuggle.
FIND GYM
Look around your neighborhood for a gym. Find a good gym and the atmosphere is good and peace don't have any distraction in gym. Many gym offers their members for personal training service and they provide you proper guidelines to meet your aim.
EAT REGULARLY:
It is a big challenge for every one to maintain his diet on regular basis and take diet on time. Every one is too busy and its difficult to eat right time. Take protein shakes atleast two times in a day its every easy to make and just 5 min need to make the shake.
WORK HARD AND HARDER:
For gianing muscle focus on heavy weight and low reping. Your last set end with high weight. If you lift heavy
weight then rest more in between sets because more rest means more strenghth to lift heavy weight. Rest your musle for recover.
KEEP RECORD:
Keep record about your progress. Measure your weight on weekly basis and taking picture on daily basis is also very helpful.
SLEEP:
Sleep atleast 8 hours. For recovery of muscle rest is very important.
