EAT RIGHT:
Every body knows our body require energy to form new tissue of the muscles. If you are a skinny guy and you are complaining that i workhard in the gym but i am not gaining muscle. Its simply means that you are not taken the right food if you want big then eat big. It does not mean that you eat fast foods. You need to getting the quality food and take proteins on daily basics.
Escaping From Legs Workout:
Many body builder avoid the legs workout. This is a big mistake by bodyduilders legs are base of our body if the legs are strong then we get more energy to lift the weights easily. Never skip your legs workout.
Enough Sleeping:
For recovery of the muscle sleeping is very very important for your body. Good sleeping gets you more energy for the next day workout.
Workout Timetable:
Make a proper schedule for workout. Commonly seen that if someone do chest workout then the next day he do same routine. Every muscle need atleast 48 hours to recover if workout at the muscle the muscle growth is stopped. So make a proper time table of workout.
Not Lift Hard:
It is a common issue that teen are stuck at one point and lift that weight which they lift easily. For growth of the muscle you need to lift hard and harder for growing of the muscle.
Sleep is one of the most critical forms of recovery that the body will need. When you sleep your body releases most of its growth hormone, IGF-1, and Testosterone. All of these hormones aid in the recovery and the muscle building process. Also getting a good nights sleep helps aid in the energy you will need for the next days workout.
